How counting works

A conversation is one shopper chat, counted once however many messages it has.
An AI conversation is one the assistant answers.
Past your AI limit, new chats go to your team inbox and the AI picks up again next month, or right away when you upgrade.
Past your conversation limit, chat keeps working. We email you once that month. There are no overage charges.
Change or cancel your plan from the app. Billing runs through your Shopify invoice.
