How counting works
- A conversation is one visitor chat, counted once however many messages it has.
- An AI conversation is one the assistant answers.
- Past your AI limit, new chats go to your team inbox until next month or until you upgrade. There are no overage charges.
- Change or cancel your plan from your account.

What counts as a conversation?
One visitor chat, counted once no matter how many messages it has. An AI conversation is one the assistant answers.
What if I go over my plan?
You are never charged extra. Past your AI limit, new chats go to your team inbox until next month or until you upgrade.
How am I billed?
By card, every month, in USD, through your SayMaya account. The setup fee is charged once.
I sell on Shopify. Which plans do I need?
The Shopify plans, billed through Shopify. They read your store data directly, so there is no setup fee.
